About our Founder
Stephanie Theodoropoulos, Founder + CEO
With nearly 25 years in advertising, Stephanie has navigated every dimension of agency growth, leading $30 million Fortune 500 accounts at global WPP agencies and overseeing operations and client services for several boutique shops.
She’s lived the pressure and promise of growth firsthand, and now helps agency leaders find the clarity and alignment needed for lasting, profitable change.
Stephanie is a first-generation American of Greek and Syrian descent. She credits her work ethic to her parents, who sold their family business at age 83. She believes that “everything is figure-out-able” (thank you, Marie Forleo) and does her best to live that mindset. When she’s not working, she’s with her loved ones, at the gym, or hanging out with her feisty Pomeranian, who is fully convinced The Theo Collective is named after him (it’s not).
